WHY: We should have skeleton framework templates for scripts that we write, including:

Services
Python Scripts
Deploy Playbooks
Bash Scripts

DONE: When the templates are in the project repo.

HOW: Write the templates

I should be able to do this using the raw docker command like I do for jekyll in variables, but also using the root user like I do for rundeck on the host.
